SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped from the designers/manufacturers within in 2 to 3 business days, with the exception of custom-made or embroidered items, which can take up to 2 weeks depending on the designer/manufacturer. Many items are custom made and are made at the time of the order and can take up to 2 weeks to be ready for delivery.
Items may ship together, but not always. We have many talented designers/manufacturers that ship all over the United States and Canada. Some orders can come in several shipments.
Learning Carpets and Kanoe Baby Hammocks are shipped via UPS and are charged actual shipping by weight and distance.
Shipping rates for clothing and other items are based on total purchase at the checkout. The chart below does not apply to International orders. No International orders at this time.
Up to $25.00 - $5.00 for each designer/manufacturer shipment
$25.01 to $50.00 - 6.00 for each designer/manufacturer shipment
$50.01 to 75.00 - 7.00 for each designer/manufacturer shipment
$75.01 to $99.99 - $8.00 for each designer/manufacturer shipment
$100.00 or more free shipping for each designer/manufacturer shipment
So if you order $100.00 or more, from one designer/manufacturer, shipping is free! (Excluding Learning Carpets and Kanoe Baby Hammocks).

RETURNS
Every effort is made to assure that you receive exactly the item you had in mind when you ordered it. However, sometimes items do need to be returned or exchanged.
Earth Happy Kids guarantees their products. If for some reason you receive a defective item, Earth Happy Kids will replace the item free of charge and cover the shipping.
For all other returns, you must contact Earth Happy Kids within 7 days of your receipt. The item will have to be returned to the designer/manufacturer within 30 days in un-used and new condition, with the tags still attached. We do require that an item must be in new condition when it received back to us in order to give credit of the item(s). We will refund you the price of the product once the item(s) are received back to Earth Happy Kids in new condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to Earth Happy Kids. Shipping charges are not refunded. We cannot offer credit or exchanges for any items damaged during return shipping. It is advisable to insure returns, as damage or loss of package can occur.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Sorry, personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a problem with the spelling or if the item is damaged in transit.
